Working principle | Flow diagram of full section air lift microbubble flotation machine | In order to facilitate the manufacturing and replacement of spare parts for the full section microbubble flotation machine, the plane section size of the flotation machine is a multiple of 600 × 600mm, that is, the plane section size is length × width=N pieces of 600 × 600mm. After comparison, it is more suitable to use a two-stage high-pressure Roots blower for inflating the flotation machine. Considering the reasonable selection of the blower, the height of the coarse selection tank is generally set at 7m, and the sweeping and selection tanks are generally 1m lower than the coarse selection tank. In this way, the specifications and dimensions of each flotation machine section can be calculated based on the required flotation tank volume. The sweeping and selection tank is generally 1 meter lower than the coarse selection tank, in order to facilitate the self flow of the slurry. The concentrate products from sweeping and selection, as well as the tailings from selection, can both flow into the mixing tank and be pumped into the coarse selection tank along with the raw ore, forming a closed-loop circulation. The full section air lift microbubble flotation machine has undergone optimization tests on small-scale machines (0.064m3), semi industrial verification tests on medium-sized machines (16m3), and production practice verification on large-scale machines (40m3) at Yantai Yitao Mining Co., Ltd.
